I would suggest that you would need a little bit of background in Gaelic (not playing necessarily just a little knowledge of the Sport) but if you really want to do it and learn then I do not think that I will stop you - its your call

I am not sure how many I can cater for - I just want to see how much interest is out there for it

I believe that this will enable you to ref the go games up to U12 level - also good for the CV

Trip on Tuesday

Trip - all TYs are going away on Tuesday the 23rd February to Derry to do a bit of Lego Building  - I know that one group has already done a bit of this and team building games with Miss Nee - the rest will do this over the next few weeks - this will be linked in a small way with the Derry trip. Please make sure that you have 2 pounds sterling with you on Monday the 22nd!!!! This is entry to the place and IT MUST BE IN STERLING You will also need 3 euro for the bus.

WE NEED THIS ON THE FIRST MONDAY BACK SO DONT FORGET - ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GO ON THE TRIP - NO EXCUSES

Please have your money with you. U will need to take lunch with u or lunch money with u. FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM to be worn

Just to let you know that I had some excellent ideas from each of the four classes on organising an activity - there were some really excellent ideas and I was really impressed. Well done to all. Great! And thanks for your hard work.

I am in the process of working with one of the four classes in order to gain a bit more information (the studetns know who they are) - I will see then what I will do when I get the information

Once we have it sorted we will move on and I will let you know - thanks a million

Evaluations ........ and Trip

Hi I have been reading the evaluations since yesterday and obviously I will try and improve in some of these areas - I will have a look at all aspects and see what we as a school can improve upon

Celtic trip

Unfortunately due to the fact that we had low numbers to start off with and the fact that a number of people have now pulled out - we were left with 8/9 people. This is not viable for a trip and I am sorry about this. There was nothing that I could do - the numbers were just too small to run with it. Anyone who paid money to Mr Scott please collect it off him and anyone who paid it to me please collect this off me asap - thanks

Work experience. Corrected msg! Not sure what happened

A reminder to students that when at work experience on this Friday Feb. 12th let your employers know that you are on mid term and won't be in on Fri. Feb 19th.

School bank. Please take note

The school bank is open every Wednesday in the canteen from 1:15 to 1:40. Its quick and easy to open and it's something you'll have for the future. All you need to do is bring in €5 for any Wednesday and this will be put in your account . When you open an account you will get a trip away. You will also be in with a chance to win an IPAD. If you don't open an account, you're missing a great opportunity!!!

Celtic trip please take note

We are going to run with the 13th feb. Short time I know. There is only 13/14 going. I did say this in recent msgs that it was short time I know. All money has to be paid by Monday to mr doherty or mr Scott. Sorry again about the short notice but it's the only game that fits in so please work with me on this. Work experience

The employer and school must be contacted in the event of being absent from work experience.  It forms part of your school attendance just like any other week day and a journal note must be provided to your class officer.
