This is the way that I am organising the game - again I am sorry I can not get more tickets - I am doing my best on this as always - please work with me on it
THIS WILL REQUIRE YOU SENDING ME AN EMAIL SO PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY - FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN NOT GETTING A TICKET IN SOME CASES
For now - the 22 students who went to the cinema the last day out - you are getting first preference for a ticket - but to secure a ticket you must email me before Monday evening at 9pm - that is the cut off point. Email me at adrian.doherty@loretomilford.net only - please mention that you were one of the students who went to the cinema on the email - if you do this you will get a ticket - if you do not - I assume u do not want a ticket
For those who did not go to Dublin the last day for whatever reason - if you feel that you deserve a ticket - you must also email me at the address given by the time given above stating by you feel you deserve a ticket for the game and you must also explain why you did not go to Dublin the last day - I will look at each case then and I will be as fair as I can
AFTER 9PM ON MONDAY THE REST OF THE NAMES WILL GO INTO THE HAT FOR THE REMAINING TICKETS
IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR NAME IN THE HAT PLEASE ALSO SEND ME A WEE EMAIL BEFORE 9PM ON MONDAY - THIS WILL MAKE THINGS EASIER
ON TUESDAY I WILL LET U KNOW THE LIST OF STUDENTS GOING - I WILL GIVE YOU A LETTER ON TUESDAY WHICH MUST BE RETURNED TO ME ON WEDNESDAY MORNING WITH 20 EURO - U HAVE NOW BEEN WARNED SO GET THE MONEY READY - FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN YOUR TICKET BEING GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE ON WEDNESDAY. THIS WILL ALLOW ME TO HAVE THE FINAL LIST SORTED FOR THURSDAY. I AM BEING STRICT ON THIS. AS ALWAYS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MONEY YOU CAN SPEAK TO ME IN CONFIDENCE.
Anyone not going to Dublin will be in class as normal
